Using a Coupon

Step 1 — Find your code

Your code will be on your receipt or in your email. Copy it exactly as shown.

Step 2 — Apply on the Cart page

  1. Go to your Cart.
  2. Paste the code into the Coupon code box and click Apply coupon.
  3. Check that a discount line appears under the totals.

…or apply on the Checkout page

  1. Go to Checkout.
  2. Click “Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code.”
  3. Paste your code and click Apply coupon.

Why a coupon might not work

  • Code is expired or already used.
  • Minimum spend not met / exclusions apply (e.g. sale items).
  • Another coupon is already applied; remove it and try again.

Possum Points

Using Possum Points

Possum Points are our loyalty programme – you earn points on purchases and redeem them as discounts on your next purchase.

Earning rate: $1 spent = 1 point • 20 points = $1 to spend.

How to earn

  • Purchase items (points add when your order is completed).
  • Sign up for an account – you will receive 100 Possum Points
  • Write a product review – you will receive 100 Possum Points

Check your balance

Go to My Account → “Possum Points”.

Redeem your points

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Add products to your cart and go to Checkout.
  3. Use ‘Apply discount’ button to apply your available points.
  4. Confirm a discount line appears under the totals.

Notes

  • Points are tied to your account—please log in before checkout.
  • Points are not earned on shipping.
