Shipping Information
New Zealand – Delivered by NZ Couriers or NZ Post, tracked.
North Island delivery between 2-4 working days – $10.00 flat rate
South Island delivery between 2-5 working days – $15.00 flat rate
Australia
Option 1: Delivery time between 7-14 working days sent via NZ Couriers EPost, tracked
Option 2: Delivery time between 3-7 working days sent via DHL Express tracked (please note: can’t send to a PO Box)
AUD GST 10% will be added at checkout in accordance with the new Australian tax laws effective from the 1st July 2018
Rest of World
Option 1: Delivery time between 7 -16 working days sent via NZ Post International Air untracked.
Option 2: Delivery time 7 to 10 working days sent via DHL Express tracked (please note: can’t send to a PO Box)
International Delivery Charge
Delivery prices are calculated on weight and will be shown during the ordering process before payment is requested.
Customs Duty or Overseas Tax
There are no export/import conditions or restrictions relating to any products listed on this website. Individual countries have different rules regarding duty rates and exemption levels on imported goods. It is the importers/purchasers responsibility to find out about the rules that relate to the country that they are importing to and the purchasers responsibility for any charges incurred. Thank you.

The Mohair & Possum Store aims to deliver goods of the highest quality. We only use reputable suppliers and being avid users of the product ourselves we think you will be pleasantly surprised when you try any of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return them to us unused within 30 days of receiving the goods and we will refund or exchange your purchase no questions asked provided the goods are returned:
- with the original swing tags attached
- unworn/undamaged and in original condition
Conditions related to exchange or refunds are that:
- mohair yarn can be exchanged only but extra shipping will be charged.
- unfortunately we cannot refund shipping charges – refunds can only be given on the product
- any products returned for exchange or refund are returned at the purchasers expense
- we will cover the cost of returning the exchanged product to the original purchaser
